I really like these pimple patches--I have tried other patches from Nexcare and The Face Shop, but the CosRX patches are the thinnest and stickiest. Oftentimes, I use a pair of tweezers to help me pick them off the sheet without "injuring" or marking the patches and to help place them on my face. Using this method, the patch remains entirely flat and clear and I can even wear them out during the day with very few people noticing.

These patches are very effective at drying out inflamed pimples that have come to a head. I usually use them two days in a row: I wait for a pimple to come to a head and carefully prick a small hole in it with a sterilized needle so that the pus can drain and put the first patch on overnight, the second day I carefully (and gently!) wipe and wash the area, there should be a small but flat "hole" where the pimple head originally was, and I put the second sticker on the same spot overnight. This protects the open spot and drains additional pus from under the skin. After that, the pimples are completely flat and I use creams/serums to fade the slightly dark mark (PIH) left behind. These spots usually fade within a few days for me, given proper care.
